Indian Railways

A vast bracket of the Indian Railways is the Signaling & Telecom department which handles networking and safety protocols. We, over the years have developed core expertise in seamlessly connecting vital networks for trains to carry out operations.

HDD – Horizontal Directional Drilling

A method of installing underground pipelines, cables and service conduit through trenchless methods. It involves the use of a directional drilling machine, and associated attachments, to accurately drill along the chosen bore path and back ream the required pipe.

Excavation Work

In areas where HDD machines don’t work some terrains require manual trenching with help of labor or JCB machines. Generally, this process is the initial phase of a project before cables and pipes are laid. The depth is identifies as per engineers depending on the requirements

OFC Maintenance

To prevent cables from disrupting, maintenance is key. We maintain cables from one station to another to ensure smooth and seamless connectivity. Post project completion, maintenance is key. Annual Maintenance projects have assigned persons who carry out activities every month to check efficient functioning of the line.

STM Installation & Commissioning

In telecommunications networks, STM or Synchronous Transport Module is a fiber optic network standard for SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy). The transmission format is considered the main building block for SDH. We Install and commission the same.

MUX Installation & Commissioning

Multiplexing, or muxing, is a way of sending multiple signals or streams of information over a communications link at the same time in the form of a single, complex signal. We install and commission the same.

Blowing

A cable blowing machine (also known as a fiber blowing machine) is a machine designed to fit fiber optic cables into telecommunication ducts and microducts with the use of compressed air or water.

Quad & OFC Laying

To provide vital communication links for carrying out train operations, Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) & Quad Cables are required for networking.

Splicing

Fiber optic splicing is the process of joining two or more fibers together. Whether you're deploying a new fiber optic network or expanding an existing network, you must ensure your fibers are properly spliced to avoid network disruptions.

Earthing

Earthing system is necessary to prevent or lower damages to life and equipment and property resulting from accidental leakage of electricity. Also the earth acts as a neutral sink to an electrical system.

Dismantling of Towers

Dismantling towers most often requires professional work. Existing towers that need to be shifted must first be dismantled, which is a part of our many services.

CCTV & IP-BAX system – Installation & Commissioning

An IP PBX is a telecommunication device that provides voice connectivity to desk phones within a building. It oversees the outgoing and incoming calls across its telephone network using an internet connection.
